Hai. Ups.
'Assalaamu'alaikum warahmatullaah wabarakaatuh' sounds better, right?
First of all, I'm going to introduce myself (again).
My name is Anggita Rachmawati, but people in my hometown usually call me Rachma. However, most people in my campus call me Anggita. I'm a student in Sebelas Maret University. It was something that I had never dreamed about.
Now it is 2016 and I'm in the fifth semester in English Education Department. Being here is a gift. I have been meeting so many great people. It motivates me to be one of them, but I have a bit problem with my speaking. I will tell you about my presentation this morning.
I came late for the Speaking class, but my lecturer was not there yet. Alhamdulillaah.... We were talking about the second part of IELTS test, but suddenly, it became a Structure class. I feel bad since I found myself not understanding any of those materials though I should've got the materials from the other lecturers. It dropped my confidence as well. A bit hate myself just for a moment.
Then, the Writing class had begun with my friend's presentation. She gave a good presentation and so the other two friends. What about me?
Well, I found myself a bit nervous because I had not prepare my presentation well, so my presentation was not a good one. Moreover, I found myself being commented by my lecturer.
"Who's your speaking lecturer?"
"If you are sick, just wear double dress or sweater. No matter what happen, just dress well. Okay?"
Yeah, I'm not that good in speaking and so dressing up. Hehe.
Well, in conclusion, I just want to say to you:
Be well-prepared
Be professional
Be on-time
Best regards,
Ang
